Are the creations dishwasher-safe?
We recommend washing our products by hand, although some products, such as glasses, are dishwasher-safe. Carafes are not dishwasher-safe.
Are the creations microwave-safe?
We advise you not to put our products in the microwave.
Is something broken on receipt of the parcel?
If an item arrives broken, you can send us an e-mail with your order number and a photo of the broken item(s) to the following address: atelier@limelight.lu
Do the glasses have different thicknesses, sizes or colours?
Yes, that's normal... Each bottle is unique (shape, colour and thickness of the glass) and that's why each glass is unique!
Returning products?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period.
Any return of products will be at your exclusive expense, to the following address:
Limelight 47 rue Basse L-7307 Steinsel
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition so that they can be sold as new. You have the right to open the packaging delivered insofar as this does not make the product unfit for sale.
For reasons of hygiene, products must be returned unused, failing which reimbursement cannot be made and the right of withdrawal cannot be applied.

How can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?
Unfortunately you cannot change or cancel your order once it has been confirmed. Send us a message to atelier@limelight.lu and we'll get back to you to find a solution.
You haven't received your order confirmation email?
Check your spam folder and if you still haven't received it, contact us at atelier@limelight.lu.
What is the delivery time?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 working days.
How can you get in touch with us?
We don't have a dedicated telephone number. As a small team, we centralise requests via the contact form to get back to you as quickly as possible.
